Keeping the routine - morning walks

Both start from the Airbnb door (right by Wicked Weed on Biltmore Ave) and land in the 30-45 min range. Downtown is genuinely hilly, so even the flatter route earns the coffee after.

1 · Urban Trail loop ~2 mi · ~40 min
Walk north on Biltmore Ave ~3 min to Pack Square Park, then follow the self-guided Asheville Urban Trail - a 1.7 mi loop past ~30 public-art stations, out toward Eagle Street, and back to the square down Biltmore to your door. Scenic, leaves from the doorstep, lands almost exactly in range.

2 · Memorial Stadium track ~0.8 mi each way + laps
For laps or intervals: Memorial Stadium (30 Buchanan Ave) has a 6-lane synthetic track open for public rec use - a ~15 min walk SE past Mission Hospital (those hills are your warm-up). Four laps = 1 mile. Walk over, run your laps, walk back fills 30-45 min easily. Track access can close for events or team practice - worth a quick check it is open the morning of, with the Urban Trail as backup.
